If you are a lover of wine and good gastronomy<\/strong>, this route will give you the opportunity to get to know 4 different Denominations of Origin (D.O.) of Andalusia and Extremadura<\/strong>, discovering centenary wineries, family or of great international prestige. A very interesting variety to learn all about their appreciated wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The climate Mediterranean <\/strong>and the different microclimates, the scarcity of frost, the numerous hours of sunshine, a strong altitudinal contrast and the aging system, create wines of great quality, as well as very varied and characteristic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, you will pair the wines with a fabulous local gastronomy, tasting the best ham, cheese and wine, as well as typical regional dishes such as fried fish from the South, the highly prized oxtail, salmorejo (a kind of gazpacho) ...<\/p>\n\n\n\n
