Season the breasts with salt and pepper, put them in the pan, cover and let them cook for about 15 minutes, turning them from time to time. It will take more or less time to cook depending on the thickness of the breasts. In this recipe you can use the leftovers of a roasted chicken, or you can also boil the breasts with water and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven to 200\u00baC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once ready we are going to break up the chicken meat with a fork, like shredding the meat, or you can also chop it with the help of a food processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finely chop a handful of cilantro leaves and the jalape\u00f1os and coarsely grate the cheddar cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the chicken in a bowl with 70 grams of cheese, cilantro and jalape\u00f1os, 100 grams of tomato sauce and stir. This will be our filling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease a baking dish with a little oil.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill each tortilla and wrap as if it were a roll and put them in the dish with the zipper down.
