Last July we organized a teambuilding Mastercocinillas: the funniest gastronomic challenge<\/strong> for a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This teambuilding<\/strong>, is not only about having a good time. It is also about team cohesion, and ensuring that the teamwork is adequate to reach a successful conclusion with the proposed recipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-fledged \u201dgastronomic\u201d challenge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the activity, the participants have to test not only their culinary and imaginative skills, but also their teamwork, organizational, decision-making and innovation skills .....<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, the client also asked us to ask the participants to reflect a series of company values in the tests: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigor, nonconformity, passion, innovation, commitment and family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And with this teambuilding Masterchef: the most fun gastronomic challenge, we managed to ensure that each of the tapas could represent these values and, above all, that they understood even more how important these values are for the work in their company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
