Let them cook for about 3 minutes or until they open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the lid, stir again and cook for another 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>These <strong>Galician mussels in pickled sauce<\/strong> can be eaten hot when freshly made, or left in the refrigerator and eaten another day. The flavors will then be more intense.
