Just a few days ago, during our gastronomic routes along the Costa Brava<\/a><\/strong>, In the last few days, some of our clients had the great opportunity to eat at the best restaurant in the world: El Celler Can Roca .... and these were their impressions:<\/p>\n

An absolutely unpretentious atmosphere, elegant and modern, transparent, bathed in white and brightness. A permanent smile. And a captivating and surprising menu, varied and colorful, a story, a tale, a journey around the world that begins with appetizers from five countries hidden in a ball of the world and ends with an explosion (Anarkia) of chocolate and spices, a universe of cocoa stars.<\/p>\n

Let yourself be loved and amazed and follow a gastronomic path based on raw materials, care and originality, pure mastery, from the delicate appetizers and the magical olive tree of caramelized olives, to the vegetable garden with its delicate cal\u00e7ots and wild asparagus ice cream; the sea at the table with marinated mackerel, octopus, sole, anemones with spider crab; the earth represented by the mandala of<\/p>\n

\"dish4_gastronomic_route_brava_coast\"<\/a>lamb and the delicate pigeon, ending with three refreshing and even childish desserts: ice cream, caramelized apple and a universe of chocolate. All accompanied by a superb wine pairing, simply masterful.<\/p>\n

Can Roca made us happy, and when I asked how they made that amazing artichoke flower they answered \u201cwith lots of love\u201d. That's Can Roca.<\/p>\n
