You can also use squid) and saut\u00e9 for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3- Turn up the heat and pour half a glass of white wine so that the alcohol evaporates. Lower the heat to medium, add three spoonfuls of homemade fried tomato, or if not one already prepared, stir everything for a couple of minutes, add two bags of squid ink and cover the squid with fish fumet. Stir to integrate the ink with the fumet and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
