With this didactic and participatory workshop you will learn almost everything about rice and paellas, its history and origin, cultivation, varieties and production. After a brief introduction, our chef will teach you how to cook an authentic Spanish paella, from the preparation of homemade stock to the cooking times and resting times before tasting it.
Learn various tricks and recipes of paella in its different variants. You will cut vegetables, seafood and meats, you will use the real Spanish saffron and not an orange dye and you will enjoy the work of your efforts with a real good Spanish wine
