Food workshops

With our food and wine workshops we pretend that participants spend some entertaining time learning about Spanish food and our unique and exquisite Spanish products, such us our “gold liquid” virgin olive oil, Iberian ham, chocolates, rices…

It is not listening to an expert with a boring lecture¡ You´ll have fun and also learn about our culture.

We have the workshop for you, whether you’re a group, couple or single or a child … Tell us what product you fond of or are interesting in. We´ll offer you something very special.

They usually last about 2 hours. They can take place at prestigious cooking schools, restaurants, shops or specialized rooms, hotels or even in the client offices. Check minimum and maximum people for each type of cooking class.

The workshops are characterized by dynamism, practice and active participation in each of the following phases:

• Knowledge of raw materials and preparation. Initial phase where you know the peculiarities of various products or drinks that will form the basis of dishes or drinks to cook or prepare.
• Preparation and presentation. Attendees will get to test his ability to make different recipes and its ingenuity to present the food in a suggestive and unique manner.
• Tasting (lunch or dinner). Now that we have everything ready, it´s just time for you to taste and enjoy the dishes that each of the participants has made and check the combinations raised during the class.
