 Its objectives, show the culinary vanguard, promote the approach of the Cuisine of the world, encourage debate and reflection on gastronomy and multiple areas linked to it (oenology, food industry, innovation technology, scientific research and new business models), with demonstrations of live cooking of the most important chefs on the international scene, amazing presentations of the most revolutionary techniques, debates …

 For its stages, more than 650 chefs from the five continents have paraded: Grant Achatz, Gaston Acurio, Ferran Adrià, Juan Mari Arzak, Alex Atala, Nobu Matsuhisa, Heston Blumenthal, Michel Bras, Paul Bocuse, Quique Dacosta, Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire, Dani García, Thomas Keller, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Patricia Quintana, René Redzepi, Jöel Robuchon, Joan and Jordi Roca, Michel Troisgros and a long etc.

 In parallel to these cooking demonstrations, master workshops, tastings and seminars, contests, tastings, tributes, auctions, as well as an area of exhibitors

During the celebration of Madrid Fusión, Madrid becomes the world capital of gastronomy.

  • Arrival at Madrid airport. Welcome of our guide and private transfer to hotel.
  • Evening: dinner at Michelin star rated restaurant.

DAY 2

  • Morning: breakfast at the hotel
  • City centre tour and walking tapas tour ( tapas lunch) including San Miguel food marketsubterranean cellar at Ribera del duero on wine day tour
  • Afternoon: on your own

DAY 3

  • Morning: breakfast at the hotel
  • Full day Trip to Ribera del Duero wineyards, visiting 2 wineries ( ancient and modern) with wine tasting and lunch of typical roasted chuckling lamb

  • Madrid Fusiòn Fair

DAY 6mercamadrid largest food market in Europe

  • Early visit to MercaMadrid ( largest food commercial market In Europe with 33.000m2)
  • Farewell dinner at a Michelin star restaurant

DAY 7

  • Visit a culinary school- Master class ( for larger groups)
  • Lunch at its restaurant
  • Afternoon: transfer to airport
