With our hands-on cooking classes we pretend that participants spend some entertaining time learning about Spanish food, wine and our varied cuisines, and learning how to cook some of our best recipes. It is not listening to an expert with a boring lecture¡ You´ll have fun and also learn about our culture.

We have the class for you, whether you’re a group, couple or single or a child …Whether you are a professional, student, a enthusiastic of cooking, or just want to learn a bit, tell us what you would like to learn how to cook and where. We´ll offer you something very special¡

They usually last about 2 hours plus lunch or dinner if it´s the case. They can take place at prestigious cooking schools, restaurants, shops or specialized rooms, hotels or even in the client offices. Check minimum and maximum people for each type of cooking class.

The cooking classes are characterized by dynamism, practice and active participation in each of the following phases:

• Knowledge of raw materials and preparation. Initial phase where you know the peculiarities of various products or drinks that will form the basis of dishes or drinks to cook or prepare.
• Preparation and presentation. Attendees will get to test his ability to make different recipes and its ingenuity to present the food in a suggestive and unique manner.
• Tasting (lunch or dinner). Now that we have everything ready, it´s just time for you to taste and enjoy the dishes that each of the participants has made and check the combinations raised during the class.
