Tastings are many and varied, perhaps we are most familiar with “wine tasting” but, do you know what does tasting mean? Very simple: appreciate the taste of a drink or food.

Tasting is an activity that everyone always likes and surprises. It’s an experience that through sensory perception allows us to discover smells, textures and flavors of food and wines, that we have never noticed before. In addition, through a tasting and pairing different dishes with different wines, we achieve a synergy that enhances their aromas, flavors and even textures and colors.
