The workshop aims to teach attendees to make creative tapas taking advantage, in a fun way, of food that we usually have in our pantry or refrigerator, or even leftovers from previous meals or dinners with which we do not know what to do.
With a touch of imagination you will create and learn how to prepare appetizers or tapas worthy to entertain our guests.What are we going to cook? For example:
Maki Sushi of Spanish Omelette and Red Peppers . Using Japanese techniques of we will create a Spanish Maki ¡ Not at all complicated or using raw fish .
Mushroom Carpaccio & Manchego Cheese. This dish will feature the mushroom, which together with some forgotten cheese we have in the fridge we will get an exquisite pair.
Crispy fish fillets with avocado. There is nothing more boring than reheating leftover fish from last night dinner. What can we do with it? Combined with avocado cream and adding crispy fried Corn “Quicos”, we get a delicious crispy fish .
Balsamic Round Snacks with Tomato & Chicken. Possibly the Sunday roast chicken is one of the star of our surplus food fridge. You see how such a simple and original is transformed with a tomato and something else, in a juicy cover.
