Healthy workshops

These healthy cooking and nutrition workshops,by a dietician and cook, and
nutritionist's mission is to help you eat well and better, to teach you to “cook your health” and that of your family through a responsible consumption of seasonal products and with a varied and balanced diet as natural as possible.
These workshops are aimed at groups of friends or family members as well as corporate groups, highlighting the importance of the not only for your health, but also for that of your family and colleagues.
Taking care of your health and that of your team is important, knowing how to combat stress is essential to facilitate inspiration, creativity, motivation and “good vibes” in a team.
You will also learn the relevance that the way you feed yourself can have on the impact on the environment and local economies.

- You will learn the importance of the different nutrients for your body and the key to eat well or better: know how to design your own weekly menu according to WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations.

- You will learn cooking tips, nutritional tips, to incorporate new foods to your diet and to dispense with those that are harmful or that do not contribute much to your health and to replace them with others that are much more vitamin and nutritious.
