Wine tasting
The wine culture is a point of vital importance within the wine industry since we have 62 Denominations of Origin (DO). Tasting is therefore an essential process to learn and enjoy it.
The art of tasting It is not complicated, but it is necessary to detect sensations, to identify perceptions, to value them and to know how to express them.
Tasting a wine is more than just drinking it, it is penetrating its secrets, discovering its range of colors, aromas, flavors and tactile sensations it produces in the mouth, to help us unveil its nature and qualities.
This wine tasting course can be requested in three possible levels: Beginner, Beginner Taster or Professional
Experience the aromas and tastes of the different types of wine. You will acquire some notions of tasting, conservation, temperature of service, pairings. .... Wines from here and from the main wine producing countries.
Different tastings can be requested, ranging from different types of white, rosé, red, sparkling and fortified wines, by Denomination of Origin or by country.
