We are the first Spanish agency specializing in training travel in cuisine, gastronomy and oenology in Spain and that we offer, in collaboration with the most important prestigious universities and cooking schools in Spain., about CULINARY TRIPS consisting of a complete Training Program in Spanish Cuisine, Oenology and Gastronomy, including an extensive Spanish cooking course, as well as technical and cultural visits. A unique experience to immerse yourself in the traditions, culture and aromas of Spain.
For whom? Objectives and what we offer:
We are pioneers in designing customized training programs that are adapted to different audiences and levels (individuals, students, and professionals of amateur, intermediate or advanced level) and that cover a wide range of courses in the following subjects:
- Kitchen
- Oenology
- Gastronomy
Our target is that during their stay in Spain, students acquire knowledge in the subjects they are most interested in, and for this purpose we offer an extensive program of courses for them to choose from.
In addition, we complement the courses with practical training, consisting of technical visits to factories or places of interest in the field: wineries, D.O. Regulatory Council, Iberian ham and sausage drying sheds, cheese dairies, olive oil mills, breweries, etc. During these visits they will learn in-situ, the different processes of production and elaboration and will have the opportunity to experience exclusive tastings, from the hand of experts.
The cultural visits are, of course, an essential added value to understand and learn about our history and customs.
Who teaches the courses?
The teaching staff is a select group of professionals recognized in each subject and who are part of the faculty of the selected University or School, as well as other specialists in the various subjects.
* The student will be awarded a diploma of each formalized course issued by the selected University or Cooking School.
