Sushi workshop

Maki, sushi, sashimi, temaki ? How many times have we wondered which is which? Guided by our chef, this cooking workshop involves the participants in the preparation of sushi, and to learn about the technique, seasonings, presentation and history of this oriental delicacy, as well as the difference between the different presentations of sushi.
Attendees will actively participate in the preparation of a series of sushi Makis. We aim for the maximum involvement of the attendees in all the processes that will lead them to present a first class sushi dish.
Workshop content:
- Knowledge of the raw material and previous preparation. Initial phase in which attendees will learn about the particularities of the various foods that will be the basis of a good sushi, as well as their previous preparation.
- Preparation and plating. Attendees will have to test their skills to prepare different types of sushi and their ingenuity to present the dishes in a suggestive way.
- Tasting of dishes. Now that we have everything ready, the only thing left to do is to taste the dishes that each of the participants has made and check the different combinations proposed during the workshop.
