With this Delicatessen Route through Madrid, we will tour the luxurious Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid and one of the most select, not only to admire the beautiful facades of its buildings or the wonderful windows of the brand stores, but also to discover some of its gourmet stores or delicatessen products, its fabulous local market and some bars or curious spaces.
First, we will learn about the “neighborhood market”.” where its inhabitants and passers-by stroll to shop and browse. Since 1882, with its impeccable stalls and cozy atmosphere, it offers its selected clientele a wide range of products of the best quality.
There we will taste a well-drawn beer, as we know how to do it in Madrid, with its creamy foam and one of the best juicy potato tortillas you have ever tasted.

The recipe is flourless and leaven-free and is made with Valhrona French high confectionery chocolate. The cake is composed of layers of sigh and mousse. The fusion of textures, mellow and crunchy at the same time, melts delicately in the mouth.
