Located on “Las Ramblas”, a famous pedestrian street lively with traditional stores, the fresh produce market of “La Boqueria” is one of the most spectacular and best food markets in Europe. It is famous for the quality and diversity of its products, which come from all over the world. It is located on a site originally intended to be used as the courtyard of the church of Sant Josep.
Next, we will head to our cooking school, just 5 minutes from the market in the heart of the old town. We will put on our aprons and get down to work. This is a fully participatory workshop and will consist of a full menu based on typical Spanish recipes such as: Gazpacho, potato omelette, seafood paella and the typical Catalan dessert, the delicious Crema Catalana. We will finish with a delicious meal based on what we have prepared along with an excellent Spanish wine.
In the afternoon we will travel to the Costa Brava, just an hour and 15 minutes away. Enjoy a modern and comfortable hotel right on the beach with wonderful sea views.

We will learn about the secrets of winemaking. From the vineyards of Malaveïna, to the room with 5,500 barrels or the historic cellar of the Gran Claustro, where wine has been made since the Middle Ages, we will also visit the Carmelite monastery, where the collection of glass and glassware, its magnificent library and wine museum stand out. Quite an experience.
Food based on regional specialties.
In any corner of the world you cannot talk about surrealism without talking about Dalí, nor can you talk about Dalí without mentioning Figueres, the city where Dalí was born, lived and died. We will visit the great Dalí Museum, where his works will not leave us indifferent.
