Pumpkin and date brownie gluten free and no sugar added

This is how I start this recipe of pumpkin and date brownie gluten free and no sugar added, Well, it has calories, of course, but you can enjoy a rich, rich, tasty, tasty, hearty sweet, knowing that you eat health, because this brownie is 100% natural. Try it, you will see what a delicious result!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr almond flour
- 24 dates
- 1 cup boiled or roasted pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sunflower oil
- 200 gr of dessert chocolate min. 52% cocoa
- Pistachios
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
- Crush the pitted dates, finely chopped.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and microwave at medium temperature for one minute.
Remove and stir with a wooden spoon until all the chocolate is melted, if we do not get it, we put it half a minute or a minute more and stir until we get a chocolate cream.
- Beat the eggs with the oil and then with the flour and finally add the rest of the ingredients except the pistachios and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Grease a baking dish, pour the dough and then put the pistachios on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºc for about 25 minutes.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
