Homemade chocolate mousse with goji berries and blueberries
Hello everyone! Shall we sweeten our day with this homemade chocolate mousse with goji berries and blueberries ? Let's make these days more bearable with a sweet treat like this one, which you can also make with the kids! It is very easy and tasty, tasty.
You can also make it combining white and dark chocolate. It is smoother in flavor and the flavor mixture in the mouth has more contrast and the colors in the glass are beautiful.
- 140 gr of dark chocolate minimum 70% cocoa (or 70 grams of white chocolate and 70 gr of dark chocolate).
- 2 yolks
- 3 clear
- 60 gr sugar
- 60 gr butter
- To decorate: Goji berries, blueberries, pine nuts, raspberries...
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
- First of all, we cut up with the hands the chocolate and put it in a bowl with the butter also in pieces. We put it in the microwave for two minutes, at medium power (300-400w). Take it out and stir it with a spatula, so that the pieces that have not yet melted will melt with the heat. If you see that you do not get a smooth cream, put it back in the microwave for half a minute and repeat the operation until it is all melted.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. In a very clean bowl (if there is any fat left, the egg whites will not whip) start beating the egg whites with an electric whisk and add the sugar little by little until they are completely white and when you turn them upside down, they do not fall.
- The chocolate The chocolate will be warm, so you can add 2 yolks (the other one you can keep for an omelet, for breading, for a sauce, etc.) and stir. Now gradually pour this cream over the whipped egg whites and stir with a spatula, with enveloping movements (from bottom to top), so that the chocolate mixes well with the egg whites and no white parts remain.
- If you are going to make it with both types of chocolate, dark and white, do the same, but mix half of the whipped egg whites with the dark chocolate and the other half with the white, separately.
- Finally, either in glasses, flan dishes, cocktail glasses... fill them with the cream, or with both, if it is the case, and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with blueberries and goji berries, With raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, pine nuts, caramelized peanuts, you can even sprinkle a little curry or put a cream topping that is delicious in every way!
I hope you liked this homemade chocolate mousse with goji berries and blueberries or with pine nuts, and that you use your imagination because it is very versatile and you can combine it, as I have explained, with many fruits or nuts, or be the perfect topping for a cookie cake, for example.
I have left you on my instagram @cocinayviajes in my featured folder, in the #quedateencasa tab, some videos of how I have prepared it.
