SALAD WITH KALE SPROUTS
This salad with kale sprouts that he has prepared today, is very special because it has kale sprouts. 
- Did you know that sprouts are living foods and this increases their nutritional value, which remains intact until the moment they are eaten?
- Did you know that they are rich in enzymes, chlorophyll, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and living trace elements that contribute to correcting deficiencies in the modern diet?
This recipe is the bomb nutritional !! in addition to the above, it provides omega 9 from almonds, which also have calcium and lots of vitamin B, magnesium and potassium ..... in addition to the antioxidant power of red fruits:)
So here is the recipe :
INGREDIENTS:
- Kale sprouts ( I found them at Aldi)
- Various lettuces (the ones you like the most, I have used curly lettuce, smooth lettuce and purple radicchio).
- Raspberries and blueberries
- Toasted or fried almonds (tastier, but if you want less calories, raw almonds)
- Fresh goat cheese (but if you have a piece of another cheese in the fridge, it also works!
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
1- Mix mixed lettuce and kale sprouts.
2- Add raspberries, blueberries, chopped almonds, to taste, and pieces of fresh goat cheese (and if it is not fresh, it is also delicious!).
3- Make a vinaigrette with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider (or white wine), a teaspoon of mustard and a teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Dress.
