I guess you have heard that it is the batch cooking, And if not, I'll explain it briefly because I do it a lot and it's definitely a very efficient way to organize your lunches or dinners at home.
The batch cooking is a technique to cook a weekly menu, planned in advance, in just a few hours, so you won't have to think, cook or shop for the whole week.

Its literal meaning is “batch cooking”, The idea is to prepare different preparations that include different foods: legumes, grains, meats, fish, vegetables, etc., and then combine them to your liking and in a balanced way throughout the week.
The cooking time of the weekly menu depends on the type of more or less elaborate recipes you want to cook, but the idea is to do it in only two or three hours.
Once it's done, you have to keep it well and know which foods to eat first or last. And now all you have to do is take it out of the fridge and heat, grill or mix... Doesn't that sound good?
