Homemade juicy meatballs in an air fryer

You will be amazed at how quick and easy these are to make. homemade juicy meatballs in air fryer.

You don't have to fry them in oil, they are less messy, less caloric, have less fat and are more economical, but no less delicious!

INGREDIENTS: (4  rations)
  • 500 gr of mixed ground beef and pork 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped serrano ham
  • 50 gr of bread crumbs
  • Milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper 
  • Olive oil spray
  • 200 gr of homemade fried tomato
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION: (click here to see video-recipe)
  1. The first thing to do is to put the meat in a large bowl with the black pepper, salt, paprika and parsley.
  2. Add the egg and the bread soaked in milk and stir well with a spatula so that all the spices are well integrated.
  3. With your hands form meatballs the size of a walnut or a pin pong ball (approx. 24 units) and put them in a baking dish or in molds suitable for air fryers.
  4. Sprinkle a little flour on top and move the dish so that it is impregnated on all sides. .
  5. Spray with a little olive oil spray.
  6. Put them in the air fryer or oven at 180ºc for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove, turn the meatballs over, put the tomato sauce on top with a little oregano and cook again at the same temperature for another 8 minutes.
