Homemade Pink Panther biscuits
On holidays I like to tinker in the kitchen with the girls, and they are the ones who choose what they want to do, so I motivate them more and they take it with enthusiasm. Their choice has been these homemade Pink Panther cupcakes, recipe from the baking book “la vida es dulce” by @ther
They are super cute, aren't they? and once in a while a little sugar doesn't hurt....
You need an elongated cake pan. Mine holds 16 but this recipe makes about 12.
RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:

- Preheat the oven to 180ºc with fan.
- Grease the mold with a little butter.
- Beat 150 grams of sugar with 150 grams of creamed butter.
- Add 4 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and two tablespoons of old rum. Beat.
- Add 150 grams of flour and a pinch of salt.
- The recipe did not include yeast, but I added two teaspoons. We beat
- Fill the molds up to 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool.
- If you want to fill them, the cloud cream is a treat! Heat 20 gr of water to 70 ºC and add 30 gr of pink marshmallows, 20 gr of sugar, 50 gr of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat at speed 2 for 3 minutes. If you do it in a saucepan over medium heat while stirring with a whisk.
- When the cakes are cold, with the help of a straw, make a hole at both ends. Put the cream in a piping bag with a small nozzle and fill.
- Finally the glaze. Just chop 350 grams of white chocolate, pour 80 grams of cream and melt in Thermomix at 50 ºc or at medium power in the microwave, two minutes.
- Stir well with the spatula and add a few drops of pink coloring until you get the shade you like.
- Place the cakes on a wire rack and cover with the glaze and let cool.
