If you like potatoes, this recipe from Jacket potatoes or English baked potatoes You will love them and you will want to eat them every day!
This is the traditional English version of baking potatoes and stuffing them and then eating them with the skin on, which is golden brown and crispy and provides a lot of fiber. Remember to wash the potatoes very well before roasting.

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- 4 potatoes medium
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 strips of bacon
- 200 gr sour cream
- Fresh chives

- First, we wash the potatoes, Put them on a baking tray, soak them well with olive oil and salt them.
- Roast them in the oven at 200ºC for about 50 minutes. The time may vary depending on the type of potato, and its size, prick with a toothpick before removing them from the oven to check that they are done: if the toothpick does not offer resistance is that they are ready.
- Meanwhile, cut the bacon into strips and brown in a skillet over medium heat.
- When the potatoes are ready, cut a cross in the middle, add a little salt and freshly ground pepper, fill with the sour cream, top with the bacon and sprinkle with some freshly chopped chives.
*Suggestion: you can fill them with whatever you like, such as tuna and tomato, ham and cheese, spinach and cheese or several cheeses: if you add cheese, give it a last touch of oven to melt it.
