You are still on time! Joy, fun, good food ... What more could you ask for? This weekend began the Horse Fair in Jerez, which will last until May 7th.
Throughout the week, various activities related to the world of horses are developed such as competitions, exhibitions, tests ... highlighting the Award Golden Horse.
But it is also an excellent meeting place to have a good wine, taste a wide range of gastronomy and dance sevillanas in any of its 200 open booths.
A perfect occasion to feel the atmosphere of the party drinking typical drinks of the area, such as the odorous or the fine wine, The latter, sometimes mixed with lime soda and giving its name to the well-known rebujito.
As for gastronomy, although it is very varied, visitors will be able to taste mainly fried fish or typical stews such as cola de toro, el menudo, jerez cabbage among other local specialties.
