Meat meatball, Arabian style
This arabian style meatball with sweet potatoes is the fastest way to make meatballs, because one meatball is enough and we are going to give it a very special touch.
And if you don't like the oriental touch, then make it more Spanish style, with bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and onion. It's that easy!

INGREDIENTS: ( 3/4 servings)
- 400 gr of veal minced meat
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 grated apple
- 1 egg
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon ras al Hanout
- Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 yogurt,
- 6 chopped mint leaves
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir with a spatula. Then, with the help of your hands knead and shape into a large elongated dumpling and place it in a baking dish.
- Peel a sweet potato and make thin slices. Place them in the dish around the meatball, season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Roast in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
- For the sauce put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- When serving the meat, cut into medallions and serve with the sweet potato and a little sauce on the side, or on top, as you like.
