Light homemade apple strudel ice cream
You can't imagine what this one looks like light homemade apple strudel ice cream, that's why you have to do it.
For this I used my new Ninja ice cream processor, which leaves any type of ice cream (with or without egg, with or without cream, light,
fruit sorbet and even smoothies and milkshakes) with the perfect texture!
It's super easy to make, and you'll be able to play, be creative and make your own ice cream creations, and if you have kids get ready for the fun!
INGREDIENTS:
- 5/6 apples golden
- 50 gr Eco butter
- 1 dessert teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 dessert teaspoons of coconut or panela sugar
- 1 medium lemon
- 50 ml / 6 tablespoons vegetable milk (soy, oat, almond or whatever you consume)
- Optional : handful of raisins
- Pinch of salt
- Extra: pecan nuts in pieces
- Topping: maple syrup, agave syrup or honey.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small squares and place them in a large pan with the butter. Place over medium heat and when the butter melts, add the panela.
- Stir until it begins to caramelize, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, stir, add the cinnamon and cook until all the liquid has evaporated and the apple is soft. Mash a little with a spatula. Allow to cool.
- Put everything in a bowl, add the milk and stir and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After this time, remove and place the tub without the lid in the refrigerator. Fit and press the light ice cream option.
- Take out, open and make a hole in the middle to the bottom and add some chopped walnuts and small pieces of digestive cookies or whatever you like.
- Place back in the ice cream maker and press the extras button. This will integrate the nuts and crackers without crushing them.
- Serves this light homemade apple strudel ice cream and top with some cookie crumbs and a little syrup or honey. .
