If you like tacos, this recipe from tacos with octopus is very original, delicious, quick and easy to make. It makes a dinner in a moment.

INGREDIENTS: (8 tacos )
- Two cans of canned octopus or a cooked octopus leg
- 8 Corn tortillas
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Diced tomato
- Fresh cilantro
- Avocado
Soy mayonnaise and wasabi:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 gr of wasabi
- Sunflower oil
- Lemon
- Salt
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:
- First cut the octopus into small pieces of one centimeter and heat on the griddle with a few drops of oil.
- Make the mayonnaise: add the egg, juice of half a lemon, pinch of salt and a little oil and start whisking and continue adding oil little by little until it thickens. Add soy and wasabi and whisk again.
- Heat the tortillas in a frying pan slightly.
- Peel and dice the avocado, add a little salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Fill with some octopus, tomato, onion, cilantro leaves and mayonnaise to taste.
