Cheese and nougat cake with raspberries
If you like cheesecakes, this one nougat cheesecake with raspberries is a spectacular combination and a great dessert for the holidays.
It is also a great idea for a recipe to use if, after the end of Christmas, you have some nougat left in the pantry and you don't know what to do with it. What happens to you?
Moreover, it is a very easy recipe. Let's get to it:
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 gr. cream cheese
- 100 gr. of Jijona nougat
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml cream 35% MG
- 3 eggs
- 30 gr flour
- 100 gr of panela
- Pure cocoa powder
- Raspberries or berries
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
- Cut 100 grams of Jijona type soft nougat and put them in a saucepan with 150 ml of milk. Over medium heat, stir until it melts.
- Put it in a bowl with 400 gr. of cream cheese, 30 gr. of flour, 3 eggs, 100 gr. of whole cane sugar and 150 ml of liquid cream and beat.
- In a round baking pan lined with parchment paper, pour the mixture and bake at 170, 40 minutes, and if you like it very creamy in the center, 30 minutes is enough.
- Sprinkle with pure cocoa powder and decorate with raspberries or red fruits.
