Do you love crunchy snacks? Then this apple and cranberry crisp cake will blow your mind.
It is easy to prepare, although laborious, and with it you will be a success.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of filo dough
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of liquid cream for cooking
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons of marmalade (the one you like best)
- Approximately 80 gr of butter
- Blueberries to taste
- Powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
- Melt the butter in a covered bowl (so it doesn't splash) at medium power in the microwave and if you don't have it, in a saucepan over medium heat. Then add the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir.
- Grease a round cake pan with butter using a pastry brush.
- Spread a sheet of filo dough. Be careful, it is very fragile and breaks easily. Grease it with butter over the entire surface. Now you have to fold it lengthwise in an accordion shape and put it on the edge of the mold.
- You have to repeat this operation and fill the mold with the strips of filo dough in a spiral shape, from the outside to the inside of the mold but without pressing too tightly between the layers, leaving slight gaps (see photo below).
- Peel the apple and cut it into thin strips and place them between the layers.
- Pour the remaining melted butter over the top of the cake.
- Bake for 10 minutes, it will be lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, crack 2 eggs into a bowl, whisk, add the cinnamon and nutmeg and the cream and whisk.
- Take out the cake, put this mixture on top and then spoon the jam all over the cake and the blueberries distributed.
- Bake again in the bottom pan for 40-45 minutes, if you see that it is getting too browned or is going to burn, lower to 170 or 160 degrees.
- Take it out and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
- Serve it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, it is a delicacy of gods!
