Coconut, mango and olive oil Smoothie
What a delight this coconut, mango and olive oil smoothie. Refreshing, exotic and very healthy, with healthy fats, high in fiber and vitamins, try it!

INGREDIENTS: ( 1 serving)
- 125 gr coconut yogurt
- 50 ml of milk
- 1/2 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon of Aove
- 1/2 ripe banana or a small one
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch of cinnamon and freshly ground pepper
- 6 small ice cubes
- For garnish, optional: mint or coconut flakes or sesame or chia seeds
RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
- Peel the mango, remove the stone and use half of it. Peel the banana.
- Put the fruit and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
