Cuttlefish and millet wok with asparagus, apple and fresh herbs
This cuttlefish and millet wok with asparagus, apple and fresh herbs you will love it. A nutritious and very complete dish, tasty, delicious and easy to prepare, get ready for an explosion of flavors!
INGREDIENTS:
- 350 gr cuttlefish, chopped
- 100 gr millet or rice
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 red apple
- 1 cube fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml of water
- 25 ml rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Sesame seeds
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 fresh coriander bunch
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
- Boil the millet or rice in plenty of salted water according to the cooking time on the package.
- Chop the garlic and onion and sauté in a wok with a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Add diced green asparagus, shredded onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Sauté 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the cleaned and diced cuttlefish (ask the fishmonger).
- Sauté for 5 minutes, add the peeled and diced apple and the brown sugar and stir.
- Add the soybeans, rice vinegar and water, stir and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Chop the mint and cilantro and sprinkle on top.
- Serve, add some sesame seeds and freshly ground pepper.
