You must experience it at least once in your life. It is the result, which is still growing and flourishing, of the great effort and hard work of several generations of a family.
A family that started making wine and began to sell it for the enjoyment and company of friends and neighbors, who would go to the small establishment and its meadow to taste it, with a few viands that they brought to accompany the wine. And so, happily, spent the day, adults and children running around in the field.
And with that in mind, since no one said no to a plan to eat, laugh and drink, the restaurant began, offering a few meats that were grilled on the barbecue.

In those years he started by buying a ox, Today, there are many of them, who happily feed in an extensive land where they live in the open air in the lands of León. The care with which these oxen are treated and the pampering and respect they receive towards them, is reflected in the exceptional quality of the meat.

I just tell you that the menu, and the tasting menus, are a display of delicacies whose protagonist is the beef, from different breeds, different cuts and prepared with different techniques and ways.
