Pumpkin recipes, homemade, easy and delicious
It is the season of pumpkin, And in this post, I have gathered some of my recipes with pumpkin, homemade, easy and delicious.
In case you didn't know, the pumpkin is very healthy: it is full of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, E and B2, as well as potassium, magnesium and iron.
On the one hand, it is high in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A, which can strengthen the immune system and help fight infections.
It has a high content of vitamin C, which helps produce collagen, protects against colds and makes wounds heal faster and is an antioxidant that, together with beta-carotene, can neutralize free radicals, preventing them from damaging skin cells and protecting against eye diseases and other conditions.
The pumpkin aids digestion: it is a good source of fiber, which can help control appetite and improve digestion.



And it also strengthens bones: There are a variety of minerals which makes them an important component to increase bone mineral density.
