Oatmeal and nut cookies with avocado butter
You are at oatmeal nut cookies with avocado butter The oatmeal I use is a healthy mix of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, calcium and iron, and vitamins B6, B1, and E. In addition, the
avocado is also rich in vitamins E, A and C and its fats are monounsaturated, i.e. the good ones, like those of olive oil! If you cannot find avocado butter, simply use a very ripe avocado and pass it through the turmix to obtain a creamy cream.
INGREDIENTS:
- 60 gr of avocado butter or 1 ripe avocado
- 70 gr of panela or brown sugar
- 140 gr of oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Optional: chocolate drops
- Beat the avocado butter with the panela or brown sugar, then add an egg and a teaspoon of vanilla essence and beat again. If you don't have avocado butter, use the flesh of a ripe avocado and mash it with a little olive oil until you get an avocado butter.
- Then add the sifted oat flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder and chocolate drops to taste (optional) and stir with a spatula until everything is well mixed and finish with your hands to make a ball that we will let stand in the refrigerator for an hour. .
- On a baking paper, make small balls with your hand and flatten with the palm of your hand and place a nut.
- Bake at 200 degrees, 10 minutes.
