Google Arts and Culture and La Real Academia de Gastronomía presented their platform yesterday. Spain Open Kitchen, a online space where we approach the Spanish gastronomy. by some of the greatest and most renowned Chefs in the country. It is therefore, España Cocina Abierta, Google's virtual encyclopedia on Spanish gastronomy.
In a rounded day, the Barceló market hosted this event full of familiar faces, we could meet chefs from
such as Paco Roncero, Samantha Vallejo Nájera, who is also an active participant in this platform, or the acclaimed gastronomic genius Ferrán Adrià. The latter is a very important part of this project as he bares what was the letter of El Bully since its inception and gives his best version sharing space even with celebrities. youtubers, thus joining the younger audiences increasingly interested in this world.

Rafael Ansón, president of the Royal Spanish Academy of Gastronomy, thanked the attendees for their support and the representatives of Google Arts and Culture for choosing Spain for this beautiful project, which he hopes will be a living, evolving project that will continue to grow in the future.
