Peach, tomato, mozzarella, basil, walnut and tomato salad
With the peaches in season, I encourage you to prepare this peach, tomato, mozzarella, basil and walnut salad. It is an explosion of color and flavor and a super source of antioxidants and omega 3, wonderful for your cardiovascular health and a natural anti-ager.
Are you up for it? You could also do it with strawberry, plum, watermelon .... Take advantage of seasonal fruit! more flavor, more quality and freshness, more vitamins and support local and sustainable production.
INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
- 1 peach
- 1 tomato
- 10 mozzarella balls
- A bunch of fresh basil leaves
- A handful of walnuts
- A few drops of balsamic vinegar reduction or cream
- 2 tablespoons of Aove
- Salt and pepper

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
- Peel the peach and cut into slices.
- Wash the tomato and cut into wedges.
- On a plate put the fresh basil leaves, spread the tomato and peach, the mozzarella balls and the chopped walnuts.
- Dress with the vinegar cream, Aove, salt and pepper to taste.
