If you like hummus, this pine nut hummus with lettuce hearts and iberian ham you will be very surprised.

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- 100 gr of acorn-fed Iberian ham
- 4 buds
- 100 gr of pine nuts
- 400 grams of cooked chickpeas (one jar)
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 50 ml of water
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (Aove)
- Salt

- First we will put a splash of Aove in a frying pan and toast the pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and
- In a bowl put the chickpeas, salt, cumin, paprika, garlic, water, lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and pine nuts (reserve a spoon for the end) and blend until creamy.
