If you like oriental cuisine, this oriental rice Chaufa You will love it, besides being a dish for the whole family, easy to make, very complete and nutritious.
The mixture of sea and mountain ingredients, together with the egg and teriyaki sauce makes the flavor unique and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- 200 gr of boiled white rice
- 2 eggs
- 70 gr of Iberian ham cubes
- 300 gr of peeled shrimp
- 100 gr of mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (Aove)
- Salt
- 1 lime
- Teriyaki sauce. Homemade: 50 ml of soy, 50 ml of water, 20 ml of rice vinegar, 50 gr of brown sugar, a small piece of grated fresh ginger and a clove of garlic.

- First, we are going to finely chop the garlic and the onion into small cubes. .
- Then put a splash of Aove in a frying pan, heat and brown the chopped garlic, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the onion and a pinch of salt and poach over medium heat for 7 minutes.
- Then add the sliced and cleaned mushrooms with another pinch of salt and sauté for another 7 minutes approximately or until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates.
- Add the diced ham, stir, then the shrimp, turn up the heat, and stir everything for about 3 minutes.
- Add the previously boiled rice, stir and add teriyaki sauce to taste, but do not overdo it as it can become very cloying if not.
- I like to make this homemade teriyaki sauceI put the soybeans, water, sugar, rice vinegar, ginger and peeled garlic clove in a saucepan and let it simmer until it acquires a somewhat thick texture.
- Stir everything, and place it in a bowl. Make the fried eggs and sprinkle with chopped chives and sesame seeds. Squeeze a lime and enjoy!
