Sautéed white beans and squids

This sautéed white beans and baby squid is a very easy way to prepare vegetables and fish at the same time, a very nutritious dish that you can make any day, having white beans in the pantry, and frozen chopped squid. There is no excuse! It is a very simple dish that you will love.

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)

  • 500 gr of squid, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 large jar of cooked white beans
  • A splash of white or sweet wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil (Aove)
  • 1 chili pepper (optional)
  • 1 lemon

  1. First we chop the garlic. Heat the griddle with a drizzle of Aove and brown the garlic. If we like a spicy touch, add a chili pepper.
  2. Add the chopped squid with a little salt, another drizzle of oil and sauté for 7 minutes over medium high heat.
  3. Add a splash of white wine and let it evaporate.
  4. Add the white beans, another drizzle of oil, stir and fry for 5 minutes or until the beans are lightly browned.
  5. Chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle on top with a little pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
