You are at spinach catalan style with ricotta cheese, They are a delicious, light, nutritious, quick and easy dinner idea.
I have added ricotta cheese that combines very well and makes the dish more nutritious, providing protein and calcium.

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- 2 large bags of spinach
- Sprockets
- Rolled almonds
- Raisins
- 200 gr ricotta cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil (Aove)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mix of seeds : sesame, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION: ( click here to see the video-recipe)
- Brown the almonds and pine nuts and raisins (a couple of handfuls of each is fine but it depends on the taste of each one) with a little olive oil in the pan over medium heat, without burning,
- Add the spinach, a splash of water and pinch of salt, cover and cook 3 minutes, uncover and stir and cook another 2 minutes.
- Serve with the ricotta on top, a little ground pepper, a few seeds and a little bit of Aove, ready!
