You will be amazed with this one anchovies, avocado, mango and melted cheese toast. The combination of flavors is spectacular if you like sweet and sour.
It is a dinner idea, or appetizer if you make it in a small format, quick, easy and great!

INGREDIENTS: (2 toasts)
- 1/2 mango
- 2 slices of good bread
- 1 avocado
- 8 anchovies
- 50 gr grated mozzarella cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil (Aove)
- Salt
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION: ( click here to see the video-recipe)
- As easy as cutting a good slice of good bread, preferably sourdough.
- Drizzle a little Aove. Peel the avocado and cut thin slices and put them on top of the bread.
- Then do the same with the handle.
- Place the anchovies widthwise, so they do not fall, and then put the grated mozzarella cheese.
- Heat the oven or airfyer and bake the toast for approximately 4 minutes at 180ºC, until the cheese is melted, every oven is different!
