It is very versatile since you can fill them as you like, in a thousand ways, and it can also be a recipe for making the most of them.

INGREDIENTS: (6/8 crepes)
- 2 large eggs
- 140 gr whole wheat flour or whole oat flour
- 150 gr fresh spinach from bag
- 230 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil + extra needed to grease the frying pan
SUGGESTED FILLINGS :
- Chicken breast, mozzarella, sliced tomato and honey mustard sauce (2 teaspoons mustard + 2 teaspoons honey).
- Mushrooms, ham and havarti, mozzarella or provolone cheese and tcherry omates
- Fried egg and tomato sauce
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION:
- Put 2 eggs, 25o gr of milk, 30 gr of butter in the mixer and beat. Add 125 gr of wheat flour and beat again and finally 150 gr of spinach leaves and half a teaspoon of salt and beat. Pour into a jar or jar and reserve in the refrigerator.
- In a frying pan pour a few drops of EVOO, heat, pour a small amount of the dough and immediately move the pan with circular movements so that the dough spreads well. When the dough dries on top, it is time to turn it over. It will be a couple of minutes or three, it also depends on the temperature but not too high that they can burn.
- Turn it over and fill it. If you are going to put cheese, in this recipe if it is the case, then lower the heat to give it time to melt and put the rest of the ingredients on top.
- Fold in half and serve, it is advisable to eat them freshly made and warm!
