- 4 Greek yogurts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 80 gr of panela
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- mint leaves for decoration
.
INGREDIENTS for the crumble:
Easy option: replace crumble with 100 g LOTUS cookies
- 50 gr white sugar
- 50 gr of brown sugar
- 80 gr cold butter
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 100 gr almond flour
- 50 gr of Jijona nougat

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
- The first thing we will do is peel the apples, discard the core and cut into squares.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and panela over medium heat, add the apple and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden, about ten minutes. Remove and set aside.
- For the crumble, In the bowl, put all the ingredients in a bowl and work with your hands, integrating the butter well but not kneading. We want it to be like the texture of sand but the ingredients are well mixed.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc and put the crumble spread on baking paper in a baking dish. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- Now we are going to plate it, it looks nice in crystal glasses or glasses, where we are going to alternate a little crumble, caramelized apple and whipped yogurt, and another layer, finishing with yogurt and a mint leaf.
- If you want to make it even easier, instead of making the crumble, as I said before, crush some Lotus cookies or whatever you like and use them instead.
