Homemade coconut and chocolate bonbons

These homemade coconut and chocolate bonbons, Besides being delicious, they are very easy to make, natural and homemade, and if you put them in a cute little box, they are an ideal gift for any party or as a Christmas sweet.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 100 gr of coconut flour
  • 8 level tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
  • 8 level tablespoons of milk ( vegetable or animal)
  • 150 gr of dark chocolate (the one you like the most)
  • A handful of pistachios

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
  1. In a bowl, pour the coconut flour, The coconut oil may be solid, so you can melt it in the microwave at low power. After a while, the oil that you do not use will solidify again with the cold of the refrigerator, where I advise you to keep it.Homemade coconut and chocolate bonbons
  2. With very clean hands, now it's time to make small balls, so you will have to take a small amount with your hands and crush it as if it were plastelina, pressing and forming small balls.
  3. Leave them on a plate and chill them in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. After this time, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. I break it into small pieces, put it in a bowl and put it in the microwave at medium power for a couple of minutes. I take it out, stir with a spoon to help it melt well and put it back in for another minute until it melts completely.
  5. Now take the balls one by one and dip them half in the chocolate. I leave them on a plate and then sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top. I let them cool and then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
