Carrot cake pancakes
What surprises you about these carrot cake pancakes or carrot cake? you will love them!

INGREDIENTS: (4/6 crepes)
- 90gr finely grated carrots
- 2 eggs
- 110 ml milk
- 110 gr flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt and nutmeg
- Honey
- Yogurt or cream cheese
- Walnuts

- Whisk together all ingredients
- Put a little oil or butter in your pan or frying pan, heat it, pour a little of the batter and spread it out. .
- Over medium heat, cook 2 minutes on one side or until you see that you can peel the crepe and another minute on the other side.
- Serve with yogurt, nuts, honey, cinnamon to taste and enjoy!
- Roll them up and serve, they should be eaten freshly made and warm!
