Garlic chicken with sherry

This chicken with garlic and sherry It is always a pleasure to eat it, especially with bread. I have made it “my way” because instead of the white wine of the traditional or more common recipe, I have used sherry, and it has been delicious, with a slightly sweet and delicious touch.

It is a simple and easy to make recipe that will please the whole family. A very complete dish if you accompany it with a salad and hydrate, such as couscous, rice, baked potatoes or french fries. It looks good, doesn't it?Garlic chicken with sherry

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 chicken in pieces
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 70 ml of Aove
  • 100 ml of sherry wine
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Brown the chicken pieces.
  4. Add the garlic and brown.
  5. Turn up the heat and add the wine, water and bay leaf.
  6. Cook over medium heat for half an hour.
