Garlic chicken with sherry
This chicken with garlic and sherry It is always a pleasure to eat it, especially with bread. I have made it “my way” because instead of the white wine of the traditional or more common recipe, I have used sherry, and it has been delicious, with a slightly sweet and delicious touch.
It is a simple and easy to make recipe that will please the whole family. A very complete dish if you accompany it with a salad and hydrate, such as couscous, rice, baked potatoes or french fries. It looks good, doesn't it?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chicken in pieces
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 70 ml of Aove
- 100 ml of sherry wine
- 100 ml of water
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper

RECIPE ELABORATION STEP BY STEP:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken pieces.
- Add the garlic and brown.
- Turn up the heat and add the wine, water and bay leaf.
- Cook over medium heat for half an hour.
