How the arrival of spring affects us depends on our body and our environment. This precious season is a time when the weather becomes warmer and plants begin to bloom and this can have various effects on us, both physically and emotionally:
- Changes in mood: Many people experience an increase in energy and motivation during the spring. Exposure to sunlight can increase levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that influences mood and happiness.
- Dietary changesWith the arrival of spring, many of us begin to include more fresh and seasonal foods, such as fruits and vegetables, and this benefits our diet. Dishes become lighter and more colorful.

- Allergies: Spring is also the time when many plants begin to release pollen, which can cause seasonal allergies in some people. Symptoms can include sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy eyes and throat.

In summary, spring can affect us in different ways, to each person, .some may feel happier and more energetic, while others may experience annoying allergy symptoms and changes in their sleep patterns.
