Crunchy coffee truffles with its handmade box
We have had a lot of fun, me and my daughters, making these coffee truffle crocanti with its handmade box They are super easy, fun to make and delicious! What takes a little more time and care is to make the box, which is not complicated, but like all crafts, step by step and patience, but don't tell me it's not cute and nice?
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 gr dark chocolate fondant

- 1oo gr milk chocolate
- 100 ml of liquid cream 35% MG
- 50 gr butter
- one teaspoon of instant coffee powder
STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
- I chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave at medium power. So that it doesn't burn, I put it in for two minutes first, take it out and turn it over with a wooden spoon, if I see any pieces left, I put it in for half a minute more and so on until it is completely dissolved.
- I add the cream and the butter that I will have melted a little in the microwave, stir and then the soluble coffee and stir again well, having as a result a paste.
- I put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least an hour to cool.
- I take it out and leave them for five minutes to soften a little because they will be very hard. Then, with the help of a spoon I form little balls, which I will coat in almond crocanti, or cocoa powder or grated coconut, whatever you like!
